Where is my Order?

A fair question. If more time has passed than expected (see below), please send us a request via our contact page, and we’ll look into it for you ASAP.

Most orders usually ship within 2 business days (so if you have ordered on a Friday it sometimes can feel longer because of the weekend)

Then, depending on where you live or have had the order sent to, our courier service will deliver in 2-4 business days for most metro, up to 7-10 business days for more remote areas.

So in total, we ask that you allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive.
